Summary

Cameron co-founded Mindfield in 2005 and since then has developed recruitment solutions and strategies for more than 100 hourly employers.  Cameron leads the company strategy and drives innovation around how Mindfield uses technology and innovative tactics for engaging the candidate market.  He has a diploma in Integrated Management Studies from BCIT and is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO).

Since its inception, Mindfield has worked with over 100 hourly employers in North America and facilitated the hiring of over 50,000 people. Cameron has helped to grow the organization to over 75 employees with the plan to add an additional 25 more by the end of 2014. Cameron focuses his time on vision, strategy and enterprise sales, outside of the office, Cameron plays competitive golf on a provincial and national level.
