VisualCV was launched in 2014 by James Clift and Thomas Zhou, and has been helping job-seekers score interviews ever since. Based in Vancouver, Canada, with employees across 3 different continents, VisualCV has grown from a modest website with a handful of resume templates to the powerful tool it is today.
Since launching, VisualCV has built upon its core product with the introduction of resume analytics, personalized resume websites, portfolios, cover letters, and more. To date, more than 3 million people have used VisualCV to create more than 5 million resumes and CVs.

CEO & Director
Jade brings 25 years of executive management and innovation in the recruiting industry to VisualCV. Jade is also Chairman and co-founder of Mindfield Group, and co-founder and former CEO of Talemetry (by Jobvite).
