VisualCV, Inc. is rewarding its members for inviting friends who sign up to VisualCV.com. The promotion program is described further below.

Promotion Duration:
This promotion commences at 10:00AM Eastern Daylight Time on August 18, 2008 and all referrals must be made via VisualCV.com's website by 11:59PM Eastern Daylight Time on August 31, 2008 at which time the promotion ends.

Promotion Eligibility:
No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion. This offer is good to all VisualCV.com members, excluding VisualCV, Inc. employees. Awards are non-transferable.

Program Description:
VisualCV members invite contacts to join them at VisualCV.com.

1. A member needs to earn five credits to receive a US$5.00 Amazon.com gift certificate usable in Amazon's AmazonMP3 store or for any other purchase for which Amazon.com accepts gift certificates. Members will earn one credit per new member referred. Each new member referred after five, will earn the VisualCV member another credit (and US$1.00) on the gift certificate. VisualCV, Inc. will e-mail the gift certificates approximately two weeks after the promotional period has ended and the members’ credits have been tallied. The e-mail will go to the e-mail address VisualCV, Inc. has on file for the member’s account. Each referral to VisualCV.com must:
   1. Register on the site providing a login name as a referral
   2. Activate their account
   3. Create a VisualCV, which shall mean modifying a VisualCV associated with the account beyond its initial pristine state with intelligible information.
2. Each referral credit will count as one entry in a drawing for an 8GB Apple iPod Touch. The drawing will take place September 18, 2008 in VisualCV's offices located in Reston, Virginia.
3. Validation of a referral is done by VisualCV, Inc. solely at its discretion. All decisions and determinations are final.
4. Use of "sock puppets," other accounts a member controls but presents to VisualCV as a referral, constitutes fraud and is strictly forbidden. Using a sock puppet will disqualify any and all referrals made for an account, legitimate or otherwise, and will result in the account being banned from this and any future promotions and contests VisualCV, Inc. may run. VisualCV, Inc. is the sole arbiter in determining fraudulent accounts.

Marks shall inure to the benefit of VisualCV, Inc.
