Sharing VisualCVs / Send Update Alerts

Let viewers know you've updated your VisualCV.

When you update a VisualCV that you previously shared with others, you can easily let them know how they can view the latest version.

To let people know you've updated your VisualCV:

  1. Click the Home button to display your VisualCV Home page.
  2. In the Shares Sent section, select the professional, non-member, or company with whom you would like to reshare your revised VisualCV.
  3. Click Update.

    We'll send an email to those individuals with a link to your updated VisualCV.

    TIP: If you don't see the individual in this list, it may be because you initially shared your VisualCV with that person a while ago. Click Manage All for a complete list.

Where should I go next?

  • View Sent Shares: See the individuals with whom you've shared your VisualCVs.
  • View Received Shares: See who has shared their VisualCVs with you.
