Led a new venture to build an intelligent system to manage family chores from a mobile device.

• Identified the need; Collected market research; Designed and coded four versions of the product demo (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, MySQL); Pitched investors; Filed patent.

Co-led the Launch of a global marketing strategy for Local Advertising Products on Bing and Yahoo.

• Launched the Bing Business Portal and aligned the global marketing strategies to integrate direct mail and email campaigns and cross-sell the adCenter search marketplace.
• Managed weekly meetings to communicate issues and actions to coordinate product groups and product launches affecting customers in dozens of sales and service scenarios.
• Created sales collateral to cross-sell small businesses on the benefits of local advertising.
• Created a monthly marketing scorecard for leaders to proactively influence the marketing mix.

Built a startup from scratch to develop and offer automated local search marketing solutions to the Real Estate and Automotive industries, and other verticals. Bootstrapped the company from a $10,000 initial investment, grew the business, and ran it profitably for four years.

Provided consulting to local search, advertising networks, and mobile web solution providers.

• Wrote a business plan for next generation Local Search Ad Network (Looksmart).
• Analyzed the display ad network market for Google to prepare for the DoubleClick merger.
• Created a reseller sales channel for @Road to manage mobile field workforces.
• Developed an enterprise solution integrating digital handwriting with Salesforce.com.
• Built a field sales solution for sample-dependent product sales teams to automate the creation of a printable custom page of product images to use as leave-behind collateral on sales visits.

• Tracked Oracle’s worldwide mobile middleware partner sales pipeline.
• Worked with sales, marketing, product and partner teams to develop go-to-market strategies. 
• Built mobile solutions for field workforces, virtual network operators and wireless email.

• Built a private-label online loyalty system for websites to provide incentives to customers.
• Built a team of thirteen. Launched at Demo ’99. Funded by Garage.com (500,000+ plans submitted).
• Clients: Promotions.com, Fashionmall, Proflowers, and Chipshot. 
• Partners: 170 reward, currency, and distrubition partners, including Dell, Apple, and AT&T.
• Exit: $44 M signed deal was interrupted by the 2000 crash and ultimately abandoned.
